Do you deliver Worldwide?
Our products are exclusive to the US, Canada and Australia and not available to ship worldwide.
I've decided on a Rose & Taylor gown, when do I need to place my order by?
We advise brides allow to allow 12 months before their wedding date to begin their selection and purchase process. Our standard delivery is 16-20 weeks; however, rush orders can be accommodated. We feel this will give you time for alterations to be made and remove any undue stress in your wedding preparations. Please contact our customer service team at info@byroseandtaylor.com for a Priority Order.
How do I order a Rose & Taylor gown?
The only way to order a Rose & Taylor gown is through our official website. Without the need for stores we are able to bring you the finest quality gowns at incredible prices.
What happens after I order my gown?
From the moment you place your order the journey begins, our customer services team will be in touch to confirm your order, wedding date, sizing and measurements. Your gown will be individually cut, sewn and hand finished in one of our select factories from around the world. Once delivered to our UK facility it will spend time in our quality control department where our QC team will finish the gown to the highest standard. Once available we will contact you for the final leg of your dream dresses journey where we will carefully pack and ship to your door; ready to begin its next journey to your wedding day.
How do I work out my size?
Your custom order gown will be made to our official Rose & Taylor size chart. The size selected will be based on your Bust, Waist and Hip measurement. Can I customize or alter any of your designs?
Due to our production procedures alterations cannot be made to our gowns. However additional motifs and fabric may be available to order, please contact our customer services team for more information.
What if I lose or gain weight?
All Rose & Taylor gowns are manufactured with excellent seam allowance to allow for alterations if you gain a little weight. The construction of our dresses mean it is very easy to have the dress altered by a professional seamstress nearer your wedding date for a completely fitted look.
Will my dress be perfect?
Rose &Taylor pride ourselves on the highest quality of manufacture and finish. Our team of professional finishers will complete a 10-point quality control check from our UK based facility before being hand steamed, packed and shipped.
Can you send me a sample to try on?
Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints we cannot send samples to try on, however we can send dress fabric swatches for you to feel the quality and weight of fabrics we use and any colour fabrics that may be available for individual styles.
